Patient Requirements for San Antonio and surrounding communities:

Be WITHOUT Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance

Someone in the family must be working or recently unemployed

Can be a part-time worker, full-time student or single mom with preschool children

First time office visit is $30 (if blood work is needed, it will be an additional cost)

After the first visit, the office visit is based on income and family size

If you cannot prove income then your office visit will be $65 after the first visit

Procedures or other tests may incur a minimal cost
