Our MemberCare program is NOT insurance, nor is Faith Family Clinic an insurance company or backed by an insurance conglomerate with the possibilities of changing benefits and rates.
HOSPITAL OR EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICES
Our MemberCare program does NOT provide for hospital or emergency room services. Nor does it provide for hospice, cancer treatment or every level of illness.
DISCOUNT PLAN
MemberCare is NOT one of those "discount" plans that you have heard about or seen on television commercials that limit the number of office visits allowed, set per year dollar maximums or offer vague percentage discounts with unknown service providers.
MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE OR CATASTROPHIC/HOSPITAL INSURANCE
Since MemberCare is a primary care membership, you may want to contact a traditional insurance carrier for "major medical or catastrophic/hospital" insurance. An insurance representative can guide you to a lower cost policy that will cover those emergencies and major medical items that are not provided for without our MemberCare membership. It is likely that a major medical policy combined with MemberCare can provide for your healthcare needs at significant savings.
